They say things get better with age.
I’d say that’s only true if you take care of that said thing. 6 years ago on the left, I was NOT taking care of myself. I was letting life run me instead of me running my life.

I was very reactive, I poured myself into my to do list - trying to be everything to everyone. I worried a lot about what others thought about me and I was not moving my body or fueling it with anything nutritious. Veggies and fruits went bad in my fridge b/c while I had good intentions, I was the last thing on my to do list so I always got bumped and so did all of the self care. Today though, it’s a different story.
I’ve learned that through these at home workouts, I have the time to get my 30 min sweat session in, I make a plan and stick to it with my nutrition so nothing goes bad and I actually SAVE TIME by doing this so my to do list actually gets more done! As the chaos coordinator of the house and our very busy schedules when I’ve changed my habits, others followed suit. My husband is a healthier dad and my kids are all better eaters than they used to be.
We make self care a priority and our kids value being healthy too. You do have time. - we all have the same 24/7/365 You do have the money. - we all eat and we all move. This is actually the CHEAPEST you’ll ever get for at home workouts and a simple action plan for your best results. You do care about your future. - everyone wants to live with a happily ever after, why not you?
